About the Project

Momento by Greystar transforms Hayes’ industrial brickmaking heritage into a vibrant residential development featuring 407 apartments, including 318 build-to-rent units and 89 affordable homes. Designed for young professionals and families, the scheme centres around a three-storey stacked amenity space with a reception lounge, café, social lounges, and co-working areas linked by a helical staircase.

What Made It Shine

Drawing on local heritage, tactile materials, terracotta-style brickwork, and warm oak detailing create a welcoming, connected community, blending tradition with contemporary living to reflect Hayes’ history and modern lifestyle.

Why This Win Matters
