Manuel Gonzalez Nogueira

Associate Director

Manuel qualified as an architect in the University of Madrid (UEM), and gained an MArch with Distinction from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College of London, before joining TiggColl Architects in 2015.

He has previously worked for Estudio Alvarez-Sala and Andrés Perea Arquitecto design studios in Spain, specialising in sustainability and Zero Energy design projects. Manuel also has a keen interest in academia and has collaborated as an external tutor with UEM, and FADU Universities as well as being invited as a critic to the Architectural Association.

Since joining Tigg + Coll Architects he has worked on the high-end student accommodation refurbishment, as well as in both private residential extensions and large-scale residential complexes. Additionally, Manuel has worked on some architectural competitions, such as the winning scheme ‘House for Theo and Oskar.
